Dan Ettinger's fifth CD with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra has been released and was presented at TOWER Records Tokyo on 10.12.2011 during an autograph session with the artist.

This CD, as the previous 4 CDs released until now by TOWER Records and Columbia Music Entertainment, Inc., is a live recording of last season's traditional Beethoven 9th new year's concerts of Dan Ettinger with his orchestra and took place at Orchard Hall in Shibuya.

Dan Ettinger returns to the New National Theatre Tokyo

After absence of two seasons, Dan Ettinger returns to conduct his 9th production with the company: Johann Strauss's DIE FLEDERMAUS.
The prodcution was directed by Heinz Zednik and will host an international cast including:

"DER SYMPHONISCHE RING"

Dan Ettinger's first CD with the Nationaltheater-Orchester Mannheim has been released and was presented on 23.10.2011 during a preview matinee of Nationaltheater Mannheim's new production of "Das Rheingold", opening Friday, 28.10.2011, and starting a two years project of the new Mannheimer RING cycle, directed by Achim Freyer.

This live recording of Friedmann Dreßler's symphonic arrangement of Richards Wagner's "Der Ring des Nibelungen" was one of the highlights of last season's concerts of the Musikalische Akademie des Nationaltheater-Orchesters Mannheim with their Generalmusikdirektor Dan Ettinger.

After a great success in last season's performances of CARMEN,
Dan Ettinger returns to the Bayerische Staatsoper München to conduct another revival of George Bizet's masterpiece, with Vesselina Kasarova in the title role.
